Yesterday the Detroit Public Schools held their Annual Back to School hope you join up for our system event. And while the concept was good there were many problems that many of us had while attending. The event was not very organized, there was difficulty many experienced finding everything. And if you went down there with the intentions of sampling the free food? Think again. Their idea of free food were a few samples that were being handed out as you passed by.
It really was bothersome as is dealing with the Detroit Public Schools system. But those who have to understand. The floats were nice and surprisingly colorful, hopefully they will take a bit more time in planning the event. Until then we will look on to the school year. Hopefully that will be a bit more organized this year.
